THIS IS FOR ONE POCKET SIZE RIBBON - 4 INCHES 

Place transfer on garment, press at 305-315 degrees for 20 seconds covering with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper using a commercial heat press. Uncover and let transfer cool. Peel transfer off garment, press again for 10 seconds for a matte finish.
